Spare $9 to Save Jersey in ‘09
Posted by Catherine Favazza - 06/03/09 at 07:06 amChris Christie won the primary election in New Jersey yesterday, and will now face the very wealthy Gov. Jon Corsine this fall. With his gubernatorial run, Christie wants to fight corruption in the notoriously corrupt state. Every little bit helps–and the good people of the Save Jersey blog are asking Republicans to donate $9 to help Christie’s 2009 bid for governor. Won’t you spare $9 to help someone take down the corrupt Democratic machine in Jersey?
All eyes across the country will be watching the governor’s race this year, and grassroots conservatives and Republicans everywhere have a responsibility to care about the outcome of this election. If you can’t spare $9, please consider posting the following on Facebook or Twitter: “Can you spare $9 for Christie’s race for governor? Fight Democratic corruption: http://is.gd/N6By.”
(You might remember, I recently interviewed my friend Matt Rooney about the Save Jersey blog. In the interview, he explains more details about what’s happening in Jersey this year–and how conservatives can get involved. )
