I wrote a letter to Senator McCaskill, since I know her professionally. My problem now is getting it directly to her and not a staff member, who will read it and send a preprinted response. I do have her apartment address in Washington and knew her on a first name basis, but have been retired for two years and don't know if that is still correct. I totally do not want a staffer to read it. Any suggestions short of handing it to her personally at her next town hall meeting.
